This policy applies to all end users who purchase and use ODO AI Smart Mouse products and corresponding official services. By activating your device, logging into the official software, and using the AI intelligent functions, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this policy, please immediately stop using this product and related AI services.

II. Scope of Information We Collected

To ensure the normal operation of our products and provide AI-powered intelligent services and after-sales support, we only collect necessary and minimal user data. We will not proactively collect private information unrelated to our products and services. The data collected includes: 2.1 Basic Device Information: Used for device activation, rights verification, after-sales maintenance, and device anomaly troubleshooting. This includes: unique device serial number (SN), device model, hardware version, device activation time, device connection logs, and device operating status data. 2.2 Software Account Information: Used for user login, device binding, function authorization, and service iteration. This includes: user login account, device binding records, software function settings, custom button configurations, and function usage preference data. 2.3 AI Service Interaction Data: Collected only temporarily when the user actively triggers AI functions. This data is used to implement intelligent services such as speech-to-text, copywriting, translation, and meeting minutes. This includes: user-initiated voice content, text commands, and AI-generated content records. The device will not record audio or collect any data when there is no user interaction. 2.4 Service Log Information: Used to optimize product experience, fix faults, and improve service stability, including: function usage records, software error logs, network connection status, function interaction frequency, and other de-identified and non-sensitive log data.

III. Purpose of Information Use

All data we collect will be used solely for the following legal and compliant purposes, and will never be used for unrelated scenarios: • To complete device activation, identity verification, and product rights binding, ensuring users can normally use all hardware and AI functions; • To respond in real time to user commands for AI voice interaction, copywriting, translation, office assistance, etc., enabling core product functions; • To troubleshoot device and software malfunctions, fix system vulnerabilities, and improve product stability and user experience; • To push necessary version updates, feature iterations, and after-sales reminders, optimizing product services; • To compile general product usage data (anonymized summary) for product development and feature optimization; • To comply with national laws and regulations and industry regulatory requirements, and cooperate with compliance audits.

IV. Data Storage and Security Protection

4.1 Storage Method and Duration: • Local Data: User-defined settings and local operation records are stored only on the user's device and will not be automatically uploaded to the cloud. • Cloud Interaction Data: AI voice and text interaction data are used only for real-time computation and are temporarily cached after service completion for error correction and optimization. Users can manually clear these records. • Device Rights Data: Device activation and maintenance-related data are retained long-term to protect users' after-sales rights. • After a user cancels their account or unbinds their device, we will clean up the corresponding non-essential user data within the compliance period. 4.2 Security Measures: We employ industry-standard encryption technology, cloud firewalls, data anonymization, access control, and other multiple security mechanisms to protect user data from leakage, tampering, and misuse. We have established a strict internal data management system, restricting data use to authorized personnel for service maintenance and product optimization. Unauthorized access, export, and sale of user data are strictly prohibited.

V. Information Sharing and Disclosure Rules

We promise that we will never sell, rent, or resell users' personal information and interaction data to any third party. User data may only be shared to a limited extent in the following compliant scenarios: • Targeted sharing with the user's explicit authorization and consent; • Necessary cooperation with compliant technical service providers to provide AI cloud services (only the minimum data required to provide the service, and subject to strict confidentiality agreements); • Scenarios where disclosure is required by laws and regulations for investigation, evidence collection, and supervision by national authorities; • Scenarios involving changes in entity such as corporate mergers, reorganizations, and asset transfers. In these cases, user data will continue to be protected by this Privacy Policy and may not be disposed of in violation of regulations.

When using this product and service, you have the following legal privacy rights: • Right to know: You have the right to know our rules regarding data collection, use, and storage; • Right to access and delete: You can view and manually clear AI interaction records and usage logs within the official software; • Right to withdraw authorization: You can turn off microphone access, stop AI cloud services, and withdraw subsequent data collection authorization at any time (after turning off these permissions, some AI functions will be unavailable); • Right to cancel your account: You can apply to cancel your official account. After cancellation, we will cease service and clean up user data in accordance with regulations; • Right to complain and provide feedback: If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you can provide feedback through official after-sales channels, and we will promptly investigate and handle it.

VII. Protection of Minors' Privacy

This product is a general office peripheral and is not specifically designed for minors. If a minor uses this product, it must be under the supervision and with the consent of their guardian. We do not proactively collect minors' privacy information; if we inadvertently collect any data related to a minor, we will delete it immediately upon verification.

VIII. Data Disclaimer

We will not be liable for privacy breaches in the following circumstances: • Personal information and interaction records that users voluntarily disclose; • Information breaches caused by user device malware, system vulnerabilities, or third-party software illegally stealing data; • Data breaches caused by factors beyond our control, such as hacker attacks, network vulnerabilities, or force majeure; • User information that is required to be disclosed by laws, regulations, or government authorities.
